Annual Reports are a way for the Bishop’s Office to stay connected with the clergy, lay leaders, and convention delegates throughout our diocese. Please submit the following forms by the deadlines each year so that you receive pertinent information for your ministry.
Church Forms
- Annual Meeting Report – Due January 31
- Church Leaders and Vestry Report – Due March 31
- Certificate of Election of Lay Delegates – Due June 1
Clergy Forms
- Clergy Continuing Education Report – Due January 15 (Only clergy formerly in the Diocese of Central Pennsylvania needed to submit a 2025 report.)
- License to Officiate Report for Non-Canonically Resident Clergy – Due January 15
- Non-Parochial and Retired Clergy Report – Due January 15
