Withdrawals from existing accounts:
Vestries will need to complete the withdrawal form and ensure the proper signatures are included. Three signatures are preferred, but two are acceptable. The completed DIT Distribution form should then be scanned and emailed to the accounting office. For withdrawals in excess of $5,000, the accounting office may contact the congregation to confirm the withdrawal. The accounting office will then forward the request to the custodian who will process the request within the next two business days. A copy of the request will be kept on file at the diocesan office.
Deposits to existing accounts:
Traditional Mail – vestries will approve, complete, and sign the DIT Contribution Form and mail to the custodian with a check; also email a copy of the completed and signed deposit form to the accounting office.
Electronic Transfer – email the completed and signed deposit form to the accounting office.

Central Pennsylvania
The Episcopal Diocese of Central Pennsylvania has a pooled investment account with the Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) for the management of the Diocese’s investments. Following an investment policy and asset allocation guideline established by the Finance Committee, ECF engages State Street Global Advisors to actively manage a portfolio of select indexed mutual funds.
The Diocesan 2026 approved spend rate on endowment funds is 5.5% of the previous three years average account value. If you do not have that valuation, please contact Paula Lapinski.
In addition to the assets of the Diocese, more than 35 parishes participate in the Episcopal Diocese of Central PA’s Pooled Investment Fund. If you would like more information, please contact Paula Lapinski.
