Parish Admin Exchange (PAX)
Parish Admin Exchange (PAX) is a monthly Zoom meeting for church administrators looking to connect, ask questions, and learn tips and tricks to support their ministry. Whether new to the role or a seasoned veteran, PAX offers a supportive space for all. Led by Nichol Free, Executive Assistant to Bishop Scanlan, the group will meet monthly via Zoom to discuss topics relevant to the everyday work of parish administration including bishops’ visitations, supply clergy, Sunday bulletins, and records retention. Select sessions will also feature guest speakers, including diocesan bishops and canons, with time reserved for Q&A.
The inaugural meeting took place Thursday, September 10, introducing the group with opening remarks from the bishop. The second meeting, on October 8, will feature Erin Kamran, Canon for Communications, discussing the role of the communications office and how to navigate the diocesan website.

Church administrators are invited to join via the Zoom link below on the second Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. Registration is not required.
