Congregational Assessment

In 2026, the Assessment Rate applied to the average of Line A, Normal Operating Income (NOI) of the 2021 to 2024 Parochial Reports shall be 10% of the first $200,000 of this average and then 12% of any excess of $200,000, limited to no more than 10% of an increase in Assessment from 2025 or no more than 10% of a decrease in Assessment from 2025.
