Constitution & Canons

The Constitution and the Canons of the Diocese of the Susquehanna are documents which contain the rules and regulations pertaining to the governance of the church. The Episcopal Church’s Constitution and Canons applies to all within the denomination, and each diocese also has its own Constitution and Canons which provides additional, specific regulations for this portion of our church.

The Transitional Canons of the Diocese of the Susquehanna are in effect from the joint Annual Convention of the Diocese of Bethlehem and Central Pennsylvania in October 2025 to the 1st Annual Convention of the Diocese of the Susquehanna in October 2026.
