Pre-Convention Online Meetings
Pre-Convention Online Meetings are an opportunity to hear about items to be voted on at Convention such as resolutions, amendments, nominees and the proposed budget. Clergy and lay delegates and alternates are expected to attend, but all members of the diocese may join the meeting. Gatherings will take place with members of each convocation gathering by region. Find your region. If you are unable to attend the meeting for your region, you may join one of the other meetings.
Amendments
Amendments to the Constitution and Canons of the Diocese are reviewed, amended, and presented to Convention by the Constitution and Canons Committee. Proposed amendments to the Constitution and Canons are due July 31, 2026.
Nominations
This year, delegates to Convention will elect two laypeople and three clergy to serve on the Standing Committee
Resolutions
A Resolution is a proposed action or decision to be considered at diocesan Convention. Resolution submissions are due August 2, 2026. Resolutions will be added as they become available.
2025 Convention Minutes
The minutes from the 2025 conventions will be voted on at this year’s convention. Please review the documents below.
