Living with Bats in the Belfry

Our Victorian-Gothic church occasionally welcomes a few unexpected winged guests. Join a bat rehabilitation expert and Marty, the big brown bat ambassador from Raven Ridge Wildlife Center, to learn why bats are drawn to historic buildings, the important role they play in our ecosystem, why they are protected, and what to do when one unexpectedly drops in. Free and open to the public, this fun and informative creation care program will include refreshments, church tours, and plenty of reasons to appreciate our church’s most mysterious visitors.
