Parish Admin Exchange (PAX)

Are you a parish admin who has questions or wants to learn more? If so, please join our newly formed group, Parish Admin Exchange or PAX. Maybe you are new or have been in your job for a long time. This group, led by Nichol Free, Bishop Scanlan’s executive assistant, will meet once a month on Zoom to discuss a variety of topics that will assist you in your everyday work, such as Bishop Visitations, Supply Clergy, Sunday Bulletins and Records Retention. Some weeks, we’ll also have guest speakers, including the bishops and diocesan canons, and we’ll allow time for Q&A.

There’s no need to sign up, just join the Zoom link below on the second Thursday of every month at 11 a.m. Our first meeting will be Thursday, September 10, where we will learn what to expect from the group and hear from the bishop. The second meeting will be October 8, where we will hear from our Canon for Communications, Erin Kamran, who will discuss what communications does and how to navigate the diocesan website.

These meetings will be recorded, and the videos will be available on our website for those who are unable to join us.
